Application Steps

Every candidate's current stage and full history is visible in the Tasks & Actions tab:

• Each stage transition is timestamped with the action and the person who took it
• Automated actions (calls, messages, screenings) are also logged with AI summaries
• You can move a candidate to any stage manually at any time using 'Move Stage'

Feedback

• All feedback is centralised in the Feedback Tab of the candidate profile
• Each stage's feedback shows the reviewer name, date, and rating
• If feedback is set to Mandatory in a stage, no progression is possible until it is submitted
• Interviewers receive a structured feedback form when they complete an interview
