Hansa runs on a credit-based system. You purchase credits as a one-time pack and consume them as Hansa performs AI actions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I start creating a job without completing the one-time setup?
Yes, but Hansa will not be able to call candidates, send messages, or schedule interviews until the relevant integrations are connected.

Q: What happens when I run out of credits?
Hansa will pause all AI-driven actions. You can top up at any time. All data and pipelines remain intact.

Q: Does Hansa call candidates on national holidays?
No by default. The 'Call on National Holidays' toggle in Job Settings is OFF.
