ACE Scores Seem Too High or Too Low for All Candidates

• Go to the job's Step 2: Job Requirements
• If all scores are high: criteria are too broad or vague — make them more specific
• If all scores are low: criteria are too narrow or not phrased in ways that match typical resume language

A Pipeline Stage Is Not Moving Candidates Forward Automatically

• Check the Decision Maker setting for that stage — if set to 'Me' or 'Someone else', it requires a manual action before candidates advance
• Check whether feedback collection is set to Mandatory — if a reviewer hasn't submitted feedback, the system will not allow the candidate to be moved

'Save and Publish' Button is Greyed Out

• Check that no required field is missing in any of the four job creation steps
• Confirm that all pipeline stage configurations have been completed and saved
