Messages and Calendar Issues

Candidates Are Not Receiving WhatsApp Messages

  • Verify the WhatsApp Business account is connected in Settings > Integrations or in Job Settings
  • Confirm that WhatsApp is selected as the channel in the specific stage configuration
  • Check whether the candidate's phone number is registered on WhatsApp

Calendar Invites Are Not Being Sent for Interviews

  • Confirm that a calendar (Google or Microsoft) is connected in Job Settings
  • Without calendar access, Hansa cannot generate or send calendar invites
  • Reconnect the calendar in Job Settings and verify the status shows 'Connected'
