Messages and Calendar Issues
Candidates Are Not Receiving WhatsApp Messages
- Verify the WhatsApp Business account is connected in Settings > Integrations or in Job Settings
- Confirm that WhatsApp is selected as the channel in the specific stage configuration
- Check whether the candidate's phone number is registered on WhatsApp
Calendar Invites Are Not Being Sent for Interviews
- Confirm that a calendar (Google or Microsoft) is connected in Job Settings
- Without calendar access, Hansa cannot generate or send calendar invites
- Reconnect the calendar in Job Settings and verify the status shows 'Connected'
