Hansa is Not Calling Candidates

  • Verify that Exotel or Plivo is connected in Settings > Integrations
  • Check that the timezone is correctly set in Job Settings
  • Confirm the calling hours configuration is not restricting outreach during the time you're testing
  • Check whether the 'Call on National Holidays' toggle is set as intended
  • Verify the candidate's phone number is correctly formatted in their profile

A Candidate Says They Never Received a Call

  • Go to Others > Call History and search for that candidate
  • Verify whether the call was placed, the outcome, and the exact timestamp
  • If no call appears, check the Exotel/Plivo integration and the candidate's phone number format
  • If the call shows as Completed, review the recording to confirm what happened
