Pipeline Stage Actions
Inside a job's candidate pipeline you can:
- Move candidates between stages manually using 'Move Stage'
- Reject, hold, or reinstate candidates at any point
- Trigger manual calls, messages, or emails directly from a candidate's profile
- Assign tasks or schedule interviews outside the automated flow
- View the full event log for every action taken on an application
Job Status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open | Active job. Hansa is working. Candidates can be added at any time. |
| On Hold | Temporarily paused. All active outreach stops. Pending tasks move to On Hold automatically. |
| Closed | Hiring complete. No new candidates accepted. All history preserved. Pending tasks discarded. |
| Draft | Not yet published. Can be edited freely. No candidates can be added. |
Tip: Set status to 'On Hold' to pause Hansa without closing the job. Set it back to 'Open' to resume all automation instantly.
